Returns & Exchanges

At The Backpackers Shop, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging and include any documentation or accessories that came with your purchase.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
